Terms of Use

OdO uses the standard Apple Terms of Use (EULA) for subscriptions sold through the App Store. You can review the current Apple standard EULA here: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

The Android version of OdO is being prepared for Google Play. If OdO Plus is sold on Android, purchase, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling will be provided through Google Play unless OdO publishes additional platform-specific terms.

OdO starts with free manual mileage logging. OdO Plus is an auto-renewable subscription sold through the relevant app store for phone auto-tracking and PDF reports. The store shows the final localized price before purchase.

OdO helps you record, review, classify, and export mileage records. OdO does not provide tax, accounting, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for deciding whether a trip is business, personal, reimbursable, or deductible, and should confirm tax treatment with your accountant or local tax authority.

OdO is built around a local-first mileage log. You are responsible for reviewing your records and keeping backup copies of exports that you need for bookkeeping, tax, or reimbursement. Exports leave the app only when you choose to save or share them through iOS or Android controls.

Beacon automation is a later hardware path and is not part of the first paid App Store launch. OdO Beacon should not be treated as available for purchase until hardware reliability, fulfillment, support, and privacy terms are ready.

The OdO Founding Driver Program is a feedback program for early testers. Program details are separate from Apple's standard EULA and are described in the founding driver offer terms.
